LIT Box not deivered. 4 months later

I ordered a service for FTTH package whch also included Telkom LIT box on 07 April 2020. I must commend the turn aroun on installation and activation, however, I have a gripe as we moved from Lockdown level 5, to Level 4, and to date, I still haven't received the Lit Box. I understand that prioroity was given to New installations, but endless calls to 10213, I still haven't received my LIT Box.
