LIT Android TV Box

Hi guys.

Can you guys please advise as to when I will be receiving my TV box. I have posted recently on Hello Peter and received a response that I did not qualify for the Android TV Box(AI ********** ). However.....Can someone please revert back to my ordering conversation recording as I clearly asked the consultant numerous times if I qualify for the TV box. Which he rep**** yes. He also stated that my TV box will be delivered with my Router and SIM Card.

Now till this day I have not received clear feedback as to what is happening with regards to my TV Box. Please advise as to when I will be receiving my TV Box. And NO I will not accept that I did not qualify as I clearly asked the consultant when I signed up. Please refer to the recording on the day I ordered my LTE package.
