Listing On ITC but THEY OWED me money

I had a line with Telkom in my previous residence. When I moved I requested Telkom to move the line to my new residence. They took months and never really came back to me. After a lot of phones calls and visits to their physical store they finally told me that my new residence don't have the infrastructure for my line to move. In the mean while I was billed. I refused to pay for a service that I could not have even if I wanted it. So I made a dispute and at the end of the day they payed that money in my Account that I had to pay for a service that I couldn't have.

Months after I found out I am still listed at the ITC and they STILL owe me R700 How is it possible for a company to list me at the ITC but THEY OWE ME MONEY??

They are quickly to list people if we "owe" them money. But when they owe us money they never let us know.

I should of listed them to the ITC !!

Telkom you literally made me lose so many credit deals (BUYING A CAR) and made my credit name bad because of YOUR mistake.

Not fair.
