listed wrongly on credit bureau

so upset, cancelled my contract last year october with telkom only got confirmation email this year jan that is cancelled but now they listed to credit bureaus they cannot do anything about that cause i spoke to maybe 20 consultants including the manager but nothing is happening everytime they'll tell you they escalate your matter to billing and they'll claim coming back to you of which it will never happen
