Listed on itc for no reason as I know off

We've been with Telkom for a long time now. I phoned them twice to advise them that they have to email my statements to me as we are not getting them via post. I came to realise now that yet again they listed me on itc without any phone call or written confirmation of any defaults. We are also waiting for more than a month for stock that we've ordered from the Woodlands branch. They still haven't contact me to let me know whether our order is there or not. Its not easy to get this listing off from itc.
