LISTED ON ITC FOR ***** DUE TO NEGLECT FROM TELJOY
I posted the complaint last weak of teljoy handing me over to ITC FOR ***** due to their neglect
My elderly mom and I need financial assistance IMMEDIATELY after our home was broken into and ransacked and now due to this on my credit status I am unable to apply for an emergency loan councilling, drs, warm clothing , or accommodation at this stage . THIS IS NOW DAMAGES CAUSE to my credit rating and my life.
AND STILL NO FEED BACK FROM TELJOY!!!!!!!!!

19 Aug 2024, 18:0317th of August on Saturday, I got feedback on hello Peter that Teljoy sent , saying the highest on management will contact me as this is a huge problem, this issue has been going on for days now AFTER they ruined my life WRONGFULLY listing me for *****.
I'm STILL listed on TransUnion and Experian.
Mom and I are in a horrible situation after a really bad traumatic situation, I am unable to get us accomodation or a vehicle at this stage because of TELJOY!!!!!!!!!
HOW MUCH MORE DO THEY FEEL THE NEED TO RUIN A PERSONS LIVELY HOOD??????????????
I have sent an email today the 19th requesting contact details for highest management , Selina Dube which I've been dealing with for days now simply ignores me .
I'm told the listing has been removed , however the bank shows IT HASNT BEEN REMOVED!!!!!!!
Now I'm left to try get hold of the ***** BUREAU and ITC to clear my name myself .
My elderly mom and myself had to flee our home out of fear for our lives , we r in a room now with no income , no home , no transport
AND THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO BECAUSE OF TEJOY!!!!!!!
IM CONTACTING THE LOCAL NEWS PAPERS TOMORROW AND WILL BE POSTING ON SOCIAL MEDIA.
