Listed ITC

I dont know what to do I have been listed on ITC I paid up my account last year July since then I cannot get someone to assist me with removing my name. I dont think there is anyone out there in the Telkom offices that knows how to deal with my account. What do I do next. emails, phone calls, walking in office's .. no one can assist me no one .. imagine I have so many words .. shame
