Linespeed
In paying for a 20meg line speed . The technician informed me that I can only receive 4meg . I have complained at your bayside branch they were going to test my linespeed . I have had no response from them. I have previously complained about this on hello Peter case number :SM125326. I am no standing in line at bayside branche . I will continue to make a scene here until this is resolved .
