Lines out of order since 24/03/2015

We reported our faulty landlines on 24/03/2015 and till today 08/04/2015 nothing has been done. This has been reported by countless people in the area. This is a serious matter as we have already lost a lot of business - when customers phone us the phone just rings on their side - leaving them with the impression that we simply do not answer our phones. On our side we have a continuous engaged signal. Telkom simply ignores our countless efforts to escalate this problem!!!!!
