Lines NOT WORKING - NO SERVICE

<p>My wife and I own a business with 4 telephone lines and an internet line. The service provided by Telkom has been sporadic and unreliable to say the least. Our business has suffered unmeasurable losses with lines being down etc.. We have logged many, many calls, spend hours and hours and hours on hold, waited long periods for technicians to come out and then they don NOT fix the problem or they say they'll be back only to never return. We then restart the same process again and again and again! We are receiving customer complaints that we are unreachable and we are loosing MAJOR business here as we cannot do business without telephones and internet. I have no more fight left in me, I almost have no words, this is probably what defeat looks like... Telkom has defeated me! How must one survive in business in the current economic climate and Telkom shafting their fellow South Africans? The situation is desperate to say the least and I have lost faith in Telkom. PLEASE, can someone come to our store to fix our communications!!! HELP, SOS, for heavens sake can we PLEASE GET URGENT HELP HERE!!!</p>
