Lines in Westville

My Telkom lines goes down every month for on average 2 weeks at a time. Clearly Telkom are not fixing the issue but rather patching it. I am so sick of it. I am now down again for the 5th time and it is almost 3 weeks of being down. They like to say they'll process a refund but that is just on the analogue line - what about my costs with Mweb? How do people run businesses from home with such unreliable services?
