Lines down since December 2016

Our phone lines are down from December 2015. We have logged a call (***), but to date we receive no feed-back to when the service will be restored. We do see Telkom vans in the area fixing other people lines, so my only assumption is that because we are Indians(and it's not in our nature to complain) to fix our problems when its suitable for Telkom<br> Rodney Pillay
