Lines Down in Hayfields, PMB, Telkom cannot say when it will be working.

Case reference 220ANK060719. Reported last Friday, for Lines down in the Hayfields area in Pietermaritzburg. The feedback from Telkom on this case has been extremely appalling. The only feedback we can get is that an engineer is assigned to the fault.

So some questions for you Telkom: 1: Has anyone spoken to the engineer to find out why it is taking so long to investigate this issue, after all this is not only affecting 1 house, but the greater part of one of Hayfields' mains streets? 2: How can this case be escalated? (DO NOT tell me via Facebook or Twitter or via your useless website, that is NOT an effective escalation process! Can we have a phone number or physical email address that we can send complaints to?) 3: When will the engineer be contacted and feedback provided on this case? (As we work from home, we are losing business for every day this line is down)
