LINES DOWN FOR OVER A MONTH

Not a single person has been willing to help us resolve our phone and internet lines being down for over a month now! We've been promised that a technician will has been assigned to us and will assist us on 'Thursday' - this being every Thursday since the end of February. When we follow up, we get an excuse that it has been escalated to the supervisor. NO ONE AT TELKOM HAS GONE OUT OF THIER WAY TO HELP US. <br> THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL! There has to be somewhere we escalate to from here - surely this cannot be the end of this.
