Lines down due to cable Theft

Our telephone and ADSL lines have been off since last week Monday 18 May 2015. Checked with the companies around us and they also off. We were told it was cable theft. We now have to use our cellphones to communicate with our clients. Yesterday i went on Telkom's website and chat with an agent. She checked all our lines and according to the agent nothing is wrong with our lines. I have requested someone to phone be back from Telkom and up until today nobody phoned me. This is unacceptable because we are loosing business due to our clients that can not get hold of us.
