Good day<br> <br> Can I please have urgent assistance with regards to a Technician coming out. I called 4 times and each time I held on for 15 minutes and no assistance. I have to hold on forever.<br> My business line has been down since Monday due to Telkom's upgrade and it caused my line to be off.<br> I need urgent assistance because this is unacceptable. My business is suffering a loss and I cannot continue in this manner.
