Lines disconnected even though the account is up to date

Telkom is absolutely pathetic!!! We pay our account every month before time and every single month our lines and wifi is disconnected!! I work from home and this is a major inconvenience. Every time we call the call center they apologize and reinstate the lines. This happens every month and we have to keep on calling them.
