Lines are down for over a month

<p>Telkom lines at my residence has been down for over a month and I have logged numerous complaints ever week 3 times a week for the past one month. Consultants are rude and unhelpful and managers always say they'll call back but never do</p> <p>highly disgusted with service </p>
