Lined installed in September 2017, still not operational & I have been charged
My phone line ( ********** 469) was installed in September 2017 and since then it's not working but I have been charged for the month. Many times fault reported that when someone calls , it doesn't ring but not fixed yet. I have checked the handset on other line, got no issues. Means the line is faulty. M disappointed from the service

Sorry I am fedup of calling helpline to sort this matter out. Even uptill now it's not fixed. I need my bills charged on this number to be credited until it's not up and running.
How can you charge a customer for the service that is not being provided yet.
Since the line was installed; it never worked.
I need credit on the amounts charged and if you cannot fix the problem; take you line off. I have many other options in the market available.
