Line Worked Till random Upgrade

My line has been working fine till telkom decided to come out and upgrade the little white box on the pole..... They came on thursday the 27th then did something.. it was off whole of the 28th... I get home the line syncs at 2.5 mb i cant even browse websites. i cant do ****. It was finally working for the last 2 months fine then you decide to come upgrade? Instead of upgrading the copper install fibre here.. you install it for all the rich people in the pretoria east area but neglect us? I want my line back the way it was 10 mb!. Its so annoyign because it takes you guys fking 2 weeks to come out here to get this sorted....

I am still having intermittent issues with my line. After it rains the line becomes unstable and doesnt stay connected for more then 10 seconds, random changes in sync rates.
