Line & wifi done over 6 months 4 my business

Business Contract: every month this account goes off by debit order – the first contract I had expired and recently I started this new contract with them – keeping the same landline number etc etc Nevertheless the landline has never worked for the past few months – a Telkom technician came to fix it once, it worked for about a week and then went off again, there seems to be a problem with the installation – I have logged another call asking them to come out so am still waiting. I HAVE BeEn WAITING OVA 6 MONTHS & its affecting my business!!!
