Line was cancelled inJuly 2016 - but im still being billed and threatened with legal action!! ***

<p>I cancelled my ADSL and Telephone (ALL TELKOM SERVICES from Telkom in July already.</p> <p>Ive received CONFIRMATION via email that everything was successfully cancelled from Telkom (Cancellation number AI ********** from Rafeeqa)</p> <p>Today i got a rude sms stating that i owe Telkom R3139.36 on this account and i must pay it to avoid legal actions? ? what in the WORLD is wrong with this company??</p> <p>can anyone from telkom please assist me before I pop a vain?</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
