Line suspension - No communication - *********

Been with Telkom Business for Two years , Never missed a payment , Due to cash flow problem contacted them on 2 february 2024 - Made a Payment arrangement and paid 40 percent of the bill , Within two weeks my line has been suspended , Endless calls trying to reach a consultant , I cannot understand how u do business in this regard , I would never recommend u , reference number for my calls ***6. emails sent to consultant : *** - also no reply
