Line suspension mishap
<p>I paid telkom R2463.13 on the 28th of January 2017, a week later i got an sms to say my account is in arrears and will be suspended if I dont make payment. I phoned the call centre and informed them of this, they told me i used the incorrect reference number and will re-allocate my payment to the correct account as i have two with them... The call centre manager Toni Venter informed me last week Thursday that i need not worry as my line will not be suspended because they sent my proof of payment to the collections department to allocat the payment... on <br />Tuesday 14 Feb they suspended my line and keep sending me sms's to say my account is in arrears... i have been fighting with them for 4 days trying to rectify this as i use my phone for work purposes and have not been able to communicate with anyone unless i can get to a wifi spot... which makes it dificult if you are seeing clients for 7-9 hours of the day and driving in between....</p>

Hi Busi! Why can't you transfer the payment to the right account?? Now you want me to pay again for the same month?? What if this was another customers' account ?? Then i would have had to pay again for my account?? This is absolute nonsense!!! I want my line suspension lifted as I paid for it!!! I am not going to pay again before the end of the month, where do you think i am going to get the money for that!!!!
