Line suspension

I don't know if this is only me however I would like to take a moment and thank the Telkom Head office and customer care for showing just how much they don't care about me. Despite my account being up to date they have decided that they should suspend my line for no apparent reason and if you think going into a Telkom store will help then you are sorely mistaken as there is only so much these amazing people can help. So we start with Day 6 of no cell or internet service from Telkom, I wonder if today is going to be any better than last week
