Line suspension

My experience with telkom has been unfulfilling. For unknown reasons my sim card has been "suspended" this has been a major inconvenience because that was my main number and also granted me access to my banking and various authentication processes. This issue started in July and after various phones calls and even an in branch visit, not one person can explain why my number was suspended in the first place or if/when the problem can be rectified.
