Line suspended for no reason
Telkom line suspended due to no reason On the 28th Sept we received a call from Telkom wanting to sell us some new line and or equipment We got the line for years and years ago, Yes there was issues but never like this! We can not afford any upgrades currently and need the line to work, TELKOM the economy is in ressesion people don't have money to through around! On the 29th Sept the line was suspended for no reason, after hours on the phone, from customer service, fault report and sales i finally got the line to work again On Friday the 13th October the same thing happen, after spending an hour on the phone i got it sorter Monday 16th October the technician phoned to find out regarding the fault report, 15min the line is totally dead, no dialing tone, nothing!!!! Apparently there is a letter received from I DONT KNOW WHOM to cancel the line The client did not send the letter - but Telkom got record of some sort of letter So now am asking the question, how can you go against your own terms and conditions to suspend a line for no reason if the client did not request for such. TELKOM you need to sort out this because believe me no system can generate or put suspension on lines without a human finger telling the system to do so! Why not confirming with your client first to confirm the request Why not phoning the client or sending a letter to inform if there is a problem.
