Line suspended for 5 days

Hello Peter Case no ***6 The matter reporter on the same day at Telkom thavhani mall.the case is not yet close ,no apology.i am using Telkom from 2020 June till now.i am very much disapointed I was so embrased for 5 days.from 16 April to 21 suspend the line due to credit limit.to my surprise my debit order going throu on the 20th of the month.they fail to give me the reason.and I also want to know that for that 5 days how are they going to pay back my money that I did not use it.i will be very glad if my request taken into consideration. Thank you
