Line suspended

I am still to be contacted by Telkom regarding this, was told someone would contact me 6 days ago and still nothing, and yet you expect me to pay a bill for which i have had no service for<br> <br> The reference number i was given was SM186571, this is now the second time i have to complain, and if i call telkom i just have *********** people talking to me who have no idea what is going on<br> <br> pathetic customer service
