Line suspend I havent used my telephone in going on two months now and my ASDL is still sporadic

<p>My ticket was closed without any one coming to fix my ADSL line that doesnt work. From my last Hello Peter the landline worked for a week, and now its still not working.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kindly fix my line there is some major issue sort it out please. And refund me for all the time the damn line was not working</p>
