Line still not working

<p>In January our cables were ******, after a comnplaint on hellopeter we got a cordless phone. To date this phone has not worked. Icomplained to Nolene at their customer care and lets just say there in not care in the customer from her. Lets just say she passed the buck. We have been to the Southgate branch to log a call and still no help. is there anyone at Telkom and im taking a shot in the dark that is able to sort this out. Call Refnumber is ********** , what is the SLA period at telkom?</p>
