Line Still not installed

This was my previous complaint and this is a follow up <br> http://hellopeter.com/telkom/complaints/moving-phone-line-***<br> <br> <br> So last Monday got an sms that telkom is on its was on its way to install my line. So phoned telkom saying that they can't do it on Monday and has to be done on Saturday. Monday afternoon got a call from a technician saying that he is at the house and that none is there. So i told him i phoned to reschedule. It was confirmed. So Saturday morning at 9:30 got the sms the technician is on his way. Not a second sms at 14:25 Saying the same. it is Monday morning and they still haven't shown up.
