Line still not converted to ADSL 3 months later.

<p>I am trying to convert my telkom line to ADSL and submitted to do so in March already. After many phone calls and constantly dealing with incorrect information, I have been informed that a technician needs to visit my premises to assist in installing the line. I have not heard from them for 2 weeks despite the numerous phonecalls and an escalation. This service is disgusting.</p>
