Line still down, Telkom keep closing the fault without fixing the problem

NEW fault reference is 82CRZ210817. To whoever is reading this, please can you prioritize this fault. Last two faults that was logged got "resolved" even though nobody contacted me and the problem is even worse now. Line disconnects every minute now, even after the line regrade. Don't know if I'm being punished for reporting my problem to HelloPeter, but I won't pay you until this problem is resolved. As stated before, this line is used for Business and it's been disconnecting every few minutes since beginning July.
