Line still down

<p>Amazingly a technician arrived to repair my line on Saturday morning, got a notification that the line was repaired and the fault closed, guess what BOTH voice and ADSL line still down. I believe I'm in for another three-week wait for the fault to be sorted after my original three weeks it took for the technician to arrive on Saturday. </p>
