Line still dead after many weeks.

<p>Our telephone line ********** is still not working despite many visits to Clearwater Telkom store, logging faults online etc. There is a ringtone, but calls cannot be made, nor received. We cancelled the request to cancel our line a long time ago, but despite many visits to the store and promises by staff, the line is still not working. Come on, Telkom! And it is so hard to communicate with you!</p> <p>My latest reference number is 215CRZ080217, but I have reported the same fault many times - the fault reporting process doesn't allow a good decription of the problem</p>
