Line still dead
<p>Our line has been dead for a week. Last friday the technician came and said they cant fix it becasue they cant access the DB box down the road. No wordd since then, today the technicain left a voice mal asking if the line is working. Can't reply becasue he didnt give a number. When will this be fixed???</p>
