Line still dead

Good day, My phone line has been 'dead' for the past 6 weeks. The ADSL functions, but I am unable to make/receive calls or send/receive faxes. When I pickup the phone there is no tone. I logged a fault via SMS and the reference number is: 71CWK060815. Please advise the status of this repair query. Kind regards.
