Line still blocked

There was debit order that went off my account on Friday, till this day my line is blocked. I have spoken to a number of agents the best they do is hang up on me without a resolution. My contact number ***, line is still blocked this morning i spoke to another agent that took all my details and hung up. How many calls does one have to make for their line to be reconnected?????How many more people do i have to talk too???? Calling the call centre is actuallt pathetic as you hold on over 10-15minutes.
