Line Speeds like my A$$

Please, For the love of all things holy, could I just once have a 4Meg line, like we are suppose to have. The line speed we have been paying for and usually getting 2 meggs and never complaining. But could you just, in the name of my lost Dog - Noodle, Increase my %$^#& line speed to the ^##^* speed it should be.
