Line speed STILL not what was promised

<p>Despite phone calls and promises there is no improvemen, in fact it is now even worse!!!</p> <p>No improvement whatsoever.</p> <p> I spotted a technician around the corner from my home and stopped to chat to him. He was checking our line and subsequently came to our home. The line appears to be OK but the speed he could not adjust. He reported it to “someone” who was going to sort it out. This was obviously not done.</p> <p>See the attached now worse than ever.</p> <p>Pathetic.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

Thank you Busi, but this has been going on for months and months. Without wanting to be insulting I think the technicians do not know how to fix the problem. Will I get a credit for the months I have been paying for something I have not received?

Despite all the assurances I have recived from Telkom my line speed is still not anywhere close to 20mbps. Se Telkom reference 153CRZ150217 Technicians have been to my home three times and the line is fine EXCEPT the line speed which they are not able to increase. Where to from here?

Will I recive a credit for all the time I have been overcharged?
