Line repaired

A big THANK YOU goes out to Busi Tshabangu, Noleen Klein and Quinton (Technician) for attending to our plea. We had so many stress and inconvenience, not to mention the extra expenditure incurred having to buy Telkom mobile data which could only be used one person at a time. You actually listened.<br> <br> Noleen called me just to make sure our problem was solved and gave me feedback again on what the technician said. I am very happy with the service Quinton (surname unknown) gave us. He was very disappointed when he learned that the previous technicians signed off on a job that they never fixed. Quinton tested the line every time he worked on it. When he was done the line actually pinged at 4.2 or something which we never really had even though we paid for it all along. He did not just walk away from the job. He kept his word whenever he said he was going to call at a certain time to test the line. Now that is what I know service to be like, yet it was awesome to see there are people who actually take pride in their skill and work.
