Line relocation booked a month back, but STILL not done

I booked my line relocation ( ********** 80A) for the 30th of November. On the 16th Telkom gave me a call and said they are ready to come and install the line, upon which I informed them that I hadn't moved yet and we must please stick to the scheduled date.

I have been calling them with no luck whatsoever and until today no line has been installed.
