line "ported" without my consent!

So after weeks of difficulties and not having a functioning line in my business, over the past two months, i had finally thought my difficulties to port TO Telkom were over. This week i get to work to get "no network" on my line. Ive queried the matter with Telkom who say that the line is ported!!!! to wher?! and with whos consent?!!! this is ridiculous! i have apprached a Telkom store as well as their Fb page with no explanation to date!!!
