Line outage still not addressed after 12 days

On July 8, my Telkom landline stopped working (no dialling tone, first noticed in the evening). I reported the issue the next day via their web interface. The fault was sent to their technical division on July 11, but has still not been addressed. It is now 12 days after the failure. Their web interface provides no means to follow up on the issue further.
