Line outage and no service

<p>Since 1 June and today (6 July), our telkom line has been out of service 3 times for at least 5 days. No feedback, no help, and unable to report any faults online as it has not been updated since the first outage. This is absurd. The lines are ****** again they say. Reeeeaaally... secure them. Do something about this.</p>
