Line outage again after only 6 days of service

Hi, It's now been 2 weeks since my line is not working and that after it was working for only 6 days after a previous line outage.. It's affecting 14 house in 1 street and 13 in the adjacent street..

Its now 4 weeks. 2 so called escalation later and.. Still nothing.. a complete street dont have telkom.. Please advise who to contact regarding my escalating 3G bill
