Line Out Of order Since 23 Nov 2017

Good Day

I would like to have some feedback on this issue.

My Telkom line has been interrupted since the 23 November 2017.

Telkom say it is a cable issue but no one can give me an update on when this will be fixed.

This is very frustrating considering I am paying for a service that I am not receiving.
