Line not yet restored but ref is closed on the system

<p>My line lost service on 20 Dec 2016, ***. I was pushed from pillar to post regarding the nature of the fault, from error with the box on the pole to cable fault and suddenly the call is closed! I called to find out why it was closed, and received no proper answer and asked for it be reopended. It was also "escalated" with ref no.:941458. Please fix my line immediately AND stop sending me reminders to pay for a non existing service. If it cannot be restored please cancel the service!!! Typical government office service!</p>
