Line not working suspended - but billing says line is susppended

We have a landline at home which is rented the account was paid las tyear between Oct and Dec, buit they ever uplifted the suspension on the phone.

Been calling since December no feedback, they can't get a technician to come check because the line is suspended but billing is singing a different tune yet they can't resolve as a business to get the line to work

I ma fed up sa they are not giving me referecnes everytime I call SO I HAVE TO EXPLAIN FROM SCRATCH WHAT THE PROBLEM IS.
